She spends her time researching and testing out different products – like mattresses, natural sleep aids, and bedding – to see what works best. Her goal is to help as many people as possible get the quality of sleep they deserve by sharing everything she learns through her informative health content.
When Rebecca isn’t working on her latest project, you can find her spending time with family or catching up on some well-deserved sleep herself.
