If you’re reading this, then chances are good that you suffer from insomnia too. I certainly know what that’s like. I’ve been dealing with it since early on in my life due to my ADHD. But don’t worry, Insomnia is something we can overcome together!
I’m one of the co-founders and main content-creator of Soothsounds. I have read dozens of books and scoured hundreds of websites for the best tips and tricks to help me get a good night’s sleep. And now I want to share them with you! over the last few years i have tested various products that should help me to find sleep easier. Some of them were really good too. I would like to present these to you in my product reviews, maybe they will also help you.
In the meantime, I discovered some good methods that work for me so I can sleep soundly through most nights. 😴
